Day 1: Arrival in Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative, who will drive you to your Arusha hotel for dinner and overnight. BB
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning, after breakfast and short briefing, your safari adventure will start with the long drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most likely areas in Tanzania to see the endangered Black Rhino, as a small population can be found wandering the crater floor. Your chances of encountering leopard here are also good, and also majestic black-maned lions. Many flamingos are also attracted to the soda waters of Lake Magadi. All in all, around 30.000 animals permanently reside inside the crater, and you will get the chance to see many of them on the afternoon game drive. Later you will be taken to your lodge for the dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Serengeti National park
Today, after breakfast, your adventure continues by drive to probably the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world – Serengeti national park. Serengeti is the ultimate safari destination, with its endless plains and sights you have seen many times on TV, while watching the wildlife shows where lions or leopards are hunting their prey. You will have opportunity to up close and personal meet these magnificent animals in their natural environment. The park, together with Maasai Mara in Kenya is a main route of the great annual wildebeest migration, when millions of grazers start their journey in pursuit of the fresh grass in the south. You will surely enjoy every minute spent in this safari paradise.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
This day is fully reserved for game drives around Serengeti national park.
Day 5: Serengeti – Zanzibar Island
Today you checkout from your lodge and we drive you to Seronera airstrip, from which you will fly to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, we will take you to the tour around the old Zanzibar city center, better known as Stone town, before we take you to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 6-7: Zanzibar Beach
Two days of pure leisure on Zanzibar golden beaches is ahead of you. There will be plenty of time to rest and enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Spice island. You will have option to do excursions around the island, and you have available the visit to Jozani forest and they adorable primate residents, but also you can visit Prison island, go for safri blue – which is nothing like a safari on mainland (this safari includes secluded beach in the middle of the sea, snorkeling, swimming and relaxing under the Zanzibar sun). There are many other excursions you might go for, which will all be briefed to you once you settle on the island.
Day 8: Zanzibar Airport – Departure
Today you will be taken to the Zanzibar Airport for your flight home. You might take opportunity to purchase some souvenirs before your departure.
